      <image:caption>Alliance for the Great Lakes Crystal M.C. Davis is a respected professional with a career in government affairs that bloomed in Columbus, Ohio and Washington D.C. Crystal is currently with the Alliance for the Great Lakes as its Vice President of Policy &amp; Strategic Engagement, leading the organization’s efforts related to Lake Erie, drinking water policy advocacy and relationship building across the region. In this role, Crystal has spearheaded the Alliance’s commitment to diverse engagement of Great Lakes communities and authored the organization’s seminal report Step One: Shut Up and Listen. She also developed and executed the organization’s environmental policy and strategy on Lake Erie water quality issues. Moreover, in 2016 Crystal founded the Thornton Buckeye Group, which is a government relations and public affairs firm that provides clients tactical advocacy, policy, communications and other related services. Crystal has developed local, state and national clients. To return to Greater Cleveland, Crystal left a position in D.C. as the Federal Relations Director for Kent State University, where she established KSU’s federal office and policy agenda on Capitol Hill. Her previous experience includes stints with the Ohio House of Representatives, the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus, and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Crystal is a graduate of Kent State University, a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., winner of the 2015 Ohio TRiO Trailblazer Award, an Environmental Commissioner for the City of Twinsburg, Ohio, Ohio Lake Erie Commissioner and 2018 Crain’s Cleveland Business 40 under 40 Honoree. She is an Akron, Ohio native and now lives in Northeast Ohio with her husband and their two young children.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Ohio Citizen Action Rachael Belz is the Executive Director of Ohio Citizen Action (OCA), the premier grassroots mobilizing and organizing team in the Midwest with 32,000 members throughout the state. Ohio Citizen Action organizes and mobilizes people to advocate for public interests. In person, by phone, and online, the group engages people in actions that protect public health, improve environmental quality, and benefit consumers. She’s a leader of the Steering Committee of the Ohio Energy Table, a member of the Ohio Coalition Steering Committee and was elected to the RE-AMP Midwest Network Steering and Executive Committees in 2018. In 2019, Belz spearheaded the formation of the Ohio Consumers Power Alliance, a project of Ohio Citizen Action Education Fund. The OCPA, along with sister organization OCA, is working to expand the capacity of grassroots combating climate change and fighting for consumer rights in Ohio. Belz and her two dogs reside in the Westwood neighborhood of Cincinnati, and considers Ohio home.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Sierra Club Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Alabama State University and a Master’s of Public Administration from Cleveland State University. She is excited to serve as a member of the Ohio Climate Justice Fund Team to make a help make a difference in communities of color throughout Ohio.  Jocelyn is an Organizing Manager for the Sierra Club, responsible for leading a team of amazing environmentalists. Her Sierra Club activities include leadership of the Black Acton Team, BIPOC Affinity Group, Volunteer Accountability Reform Committee, National Organizing Trainer and chair of the Ohio Energy Table’s Equity Team.  She is passionate about voting rights and a lifelong community activist involved in many organizations on the local, state and national level. Her past involvement includes: League of Women Voters Ohio Board, Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner’s Voting Rights Team, Director of OhioVotes, Ohio Director of Election Protection for People for the American Way Campaign and has served on the national, state and local levels of the NAACP. She is studying to become a Registered Parliamentarian and serves as Vice President of the North Coast Unit of Parliamentarians in Cleveland, Ohio. Jocelyn’s daughter Attorney Joi L Travis resides in Birmingham, Alabama.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Ohio Interfaith Power and Light Consecrated on October 11, 2020, Bishop Marcia L. Dinkins serves as founding prelate and CEO of Forever Changed Ministries, a nondenominational ministry without walls that seeks to break the sacred/secular divide between church and community.  Bishop Marcia,” she is founder of Black Women Rising.  BWR centers the voices of Black women and women of color on Healing for Change through a social justice lens using Teaching and Training that leads to Transformation.  Bishop Marcia also serves as part-time Executive Director for Ohio Interfaith Power and Light.   A native of Detroit, Bishop Marcia owned and operated a medical and substance abuse facility serving unserved and underserved communities.  She also the State contract to provide wrap-around, family preservation and reunification services to keep children from being placed in the foster care system and to reunite children in foster care with their families.  Bishop Marcia was sworn in and appointed by the Wayne County Third Circuit Judicial Court as Court Appointed Special Advocate to represent the best interest of children in the child welfare system and has worked 23 years in the field of law specializing in family law, tort law and medical malpractice. In 2013, Bishop Marcia to Toledo, Ohio where she served as Senior Organizer and Executive Director for Toledoans United for Social Action organizing a faith-based response on issues of racial and economic injustice, education and housing discrimination, environmental hazards, green jobs, and criminal justice reform.   In 2016 Bishop Marcia led the “Free Bresha” national campaign with groups across the United States and Canada fighting for rehabilitation over incarceration for Bresha Meadows and juvenile offenders. Bishop Marcia is currently a PH. D candidate at the Union College &amp; University in Cincinnati, Ohio concentrating on Public Policy and Social Change with specialization in Women &amp; Gender Studies.   She currently holds an Associates of Arts from Oakland Community College, Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and Policy.  She has certifications in Cultural Competency &amp; Humility, Forgiveness Therapy, Restorative Justice, Child welfare, and Executive Management Leadership.  She is a certified Trauma Informed Approach and Restorative Justice Trainer.  She has presented workshops and lectures on social justice at Case Western Reserve, Bowling Green University, and trained clergy across the state and with the American Baptist Leadership Academy on domestic abuse and safety planning. Bishop Marcia is known nationally for her work organizing clergy to engage on issues of healthcare, the social safety net, environmental and climate justice, racial, economic and gender justice and civic engagement. Bishop was recognized as Sojourners Top Ten Leading Women Taking Charge in Organizing, named to the Foster Care Review Board, Toledo Schools Disciplinary Board and twice appointed to the Steering Committee for Strong Families and Safe Children Board. Her commitment to God, and compassion His people, her determination to lift the least of these to a more equitable existence and her desire to meet people where they are in her preaching and teaching keeps Bishop Marcia Dinkins continuously serving from a place of humility and love.</image:caption>
